Driving Eligibility Requirements
To qualify to drive on Agency business-whether in an employee's own car or using an Agency vehicle:
• The employee should have a valid Oregon Drivers License.
• Their driving record cannot have more than 2 moving violations (Example:speeding or running a red light) or at-fault accidents in a 3 year period.
• There must not be any drinking-related offenses appearing on their record in thelast 3 years.
• There should be no convictions for driving while suspended.
