Looking Glass Honors Exemplary Employees at the Annual All Staff Meeting

The annual All Staff Meeting was held at the Lane Community College Center for Meeting and Learning on Wednesday, May 16th. Nearly 200 Looking Glass employees gathered to enjoy a complimentary lunch and learn about the state of the agency.

Staff were acknowledged for years of service by each program service area. Nearly every program sector had at least one employee with over 20 years of service, in some cases 30 years of service. Pretty incredible!

This year's Cultural Awareness Scholarship recipient, Aaron Porter, shared his insightful thoughts on his experience attending the American Group Psychotherapy Association Annual Conference in Houston, Texas this past February.

Three other Looking Glass staff members, Brianna Vincent, Maiyra Espinoza, and Ben Molin, along with Bridget Byfield from the Oregon Department of Human Services, were acknowledged with the Distinguished Service Award.

Thank you to all Looking Glass staff, for your outstanding dedication to serving at-risk children, youth, adults, and families in our community!
