To qualify to drive on agency business, whether in an employee's own car or using an Agency vehicle:
• The employee should have a valid Oregon driver license or ability to obtain one within 45 days of employment offer.
• The driving record cannot have more than 2 moving violations (example: speeding or running a red light) or at-fault accidents in a 3-year period.
• There must not be any drinking-related offenses appearing on the record in the last 3 years.
• There should be no convictions for driving while suspended.
