$50,000 matching donation offered by the Richard P. Haugland Fund - deadline to maximize this donation is June 25, 2019.
The Richard P. Haugland Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation has offered Looking Glass an extremely generous matching donation offer - all donations made to Looking Glass from now through June 25, 2019 will be match 1-to-1 by the Haugland Fund - up to $50,000! Any new donors or returning donors (those who have not donated for 12 months or more) will generate a 2-to-1 match from this fund.

One main reason that the Haugland’s are offering this challenge grant is to support our Runaway & Homeless Youth’s Outreach Team - which goes out every day and proactively interacts with youth on the streets, handing out water, socks, food and talking with them about the resources available to them at the New Roads drop-in center. Funding for our RHY program is always a challenge and it became more of a challenge in 2019 when we did not win a federal grant that we had previously received for several years. Help us sustain the Outreach Team and these crucial efforts by contributing to this donor challenge today!
Another way to help us maximize this matching offer is to take part in our “Bike for Hope” group bicycle ride on Saturday, June 1st starting at 10:30AM at Dorris Ranch in Springfield.
