River Road Grocery Outlet staff gather together to hand out a large check to Looking Glass Marketing & Development Director Tyler Mack (in rainbow t-shirt) with proceeds from their annual Independence from Hunger campaign, held throughout the month of July.

The Eugene River Road Grocery Outlet staff and patrons once again helped raise crucial funds for Looking Glass youth and programs through their annual Independence From Hunger campaign in July. Including a donation from the corporate group, the donation this year was just under $11,000!

Special thanks to Jake Hoffman and the team at Grocery Outlet for pushing their customers to give back through this awesome campaign. These funds are so crucial at this time.

“The generosity of the community continues to astound us,” said Tyler Mack, Director of Marketing & Development. “These are difficult times for all, so to see grocery patrons here donating while picking up essential items is really inspiring.”

Several of the Looking Glass residential programs utilize Grocery Outlet for food and supplies and greatly appreciate the partnership and discounts provided.
