Lane Transit District’s Transportation Options Marketing Specialist Julia Woolley helped coordinate a week long series of free bike tune ups provided to Looking Glass staff members as a way to give back to social service workers affected by the pandemic.

“It started as part of Bike Month (May) and a way to draw attention to our transportation services but also a way to give back to front line workers who could use the help,” explained Woolley.

About 35 staff members of Looking Glass took advantage of the generosity and chance to tune up their bikes. The tune ups were provided by 360 Cycles. The mobile mechanics came to Looking Glass’ admin office and staffers from various programs brought their bikes to that central location, making it very easy on staff.

“We are very thankful to LTD and 360 Cycles for this very generous gesture and much needed service!” said Looking Glass Marketing & Development Director Tyler Mack.
