After two years of virtual breakfast events, the 10th annual Looking Glass Healthy Kids, Healthy Futures fundraiser was held in person and was a huge success. Roughly 90 people gathered for a lovely breakfast at Venue 252 in Eugene on Tuesday, November 15th in support of Looking Glass.

This year’s event was Emceed by Mary Reilly, of Windermere Real Estate. The keynote speaker was Christina Lund, of Lund Development Solutions. And the fundraising appeal ask at the end of the event was done by longtime supporter Alex Haugland who surprised Looking Glass staff and the crowd by announcing that he would match every dollar given at the event.

Two heartfelt video success stories of former Looking Glass clients were shared with the audience. One from Devon, a Riverfront School graduate and the other from Malachi, a Center Point School graduate.

Malachi, a former Center Point School client, shares his story.

Looking Glass is extremely thankful to all of the amazing event sponsors and supporters who attended and made this the best breakfast fundraiser in the 10 years since it’s inception.

In addition to the event title sponsor, Hamilton Construction, there were several supporting sponsors including B/VAL CPA’s & Advisors, Hyland Construction, Wildish Construction, Twin Rivers Plumbing, Jim & Barbara Sly, US Bank, Heritage Bank NW, Timber Products Company, Moss Adams, Windermere Real Estate, Summit Bank, PeaceHealth, Washington Federal Bank, Chambers Construction and Revolution Design Group.
